Compliance Response Portal

The Compliance Response Portal logs investor cases on InvestorJustice.org. Each case is assigned a number, published publicly, and updated to show whether respondents engage or ignore accountability.

The Compliance Response Portal is the central place where investor cases are logged and tracked on InvestorJustice.org.
Every case receives a number and is published publicly so that respondents, regulators, and the public can see whether concerns are addressed—or ignored.

How It Works

  1. Submit your story
Email 📧 investorjustice@proton.me with your experience and any supporting screenshots or documents.
  2. Case assignment
An editor will review your submission and assign a unique Case Number.
  3. Case entry published
The case will be published to InvestorJustice.org with respondents identified and linked.
  4. Ongoing updates
Engagements, challenges, or silence from respondents will be documented.

Why It Matters

  • Transparency: Cases are logged publicly, not hidden.
  • Accountability: Respondents cannot ignore investor concerns without leaving a visible record.
  • Leverage: A shared archive strengthens each individual claim by showing systemic patterns.

🔗 This is an evolving platform. As more investors contribute, the Compliance Response Portal will expand into a living accountability archive.
