Disputes & Responses

Transparency is our safeguard.

InvestorJustice.org exists to shine light on patterns of harm that would otherwise remain buried. To preserve that mission, we welcome fact-based challenges—and commit to publishing them publicly.

📬 How It Works

  • Anyone may submit a formal challenge to content published on our site by emailing ijchallenge@protonmail.com.
  • We do not accept anonymous submissions that contain unverifiable claims or personal attacks.
  • All valid challenges will be reviewed and may receive a published response or correction if merited.

🔍 What We Publish

To ensure accountability on both sides, the following will be made public:

  • The full text of the challenge, redacted to remove private personal identifiers
  • Any supporting evidence provided with the challenge (subject to relevance and legality)
  • Our formal response, including clarification, rebuttal, or corrective action

⚖️ Respecting Privacy, Upholding Truth

We balance open dialogue with our duty to protect individuals from retaliation or harm:

  • Personal identifiers, health information, or sensitive financial details are redacted
  • We will not publish challenges submitted in bad faith or that attempt to intimidate

🧠 Why This Matters

Sunlight is the best disinfectant.

By documenting disputes and engaging with critique, we help future readers evaluate our claims and trust the rigor behind them.
