Founder’s Statement

A personal note from the Incognito Editor of InvestorJustice.org - why this project began, what it stands for, and how lived experience became a public mission for accountability and transparency.

I launched InvestorJustice.org after personally experiencing severe financial harm caused by unethical and deceptive actors who continue to harm others today. This project wasn’t born out of ambition, it was born out of necessity.

What began as one person’s loss became a mission: to proactively educate and protect others before they, too, become victims of the same kinds of misconduct.

The need for investor justice is real, and it is immediate. Every day, ordinary people are being misled by false assurances and complex misrepresentations. Regulators are overwhelmed, and many of the worst offenders operate across borders and jurisdictions that make accountability difficult.

InvestorJustice.org exists to close that gap and to document, educate, and expose, so others can see the warning signs before it’s too late.

This site represents the intersection of lived experience and public purpose. Its foundation is simple: transparency, ethics, and the belief that awareness can prevent future harm.

Family and Continuity

This mission became a family effort.

InvestorJustice.org was founded with the support of my sister and daughter, who helped me through this process and now contribute to the project’s research and operations. Their involvement ensures continuity, integrity, and an intergenerational perspective on investor protection.

This project has always been about building something that outlives a single voice - a platform that continues to educate, protect, and empower investors long after the original case is resolved.
