Launch of the Investor Red Flag Database

InvestorJustice.org has launched the Investor Red Flag Database — a continuously updated record of financial entities, jurisdictions, and practices posing heightened risk to investors. This open-access tool helps investors identify structural and regulatory red flags before harm occurs.

Table of Contents

InvestorJustice.org is proud to announce the launch of the Investor Red Flag Database, an open-access, continuously updated record of financial entities, jurisdictions, and practices that pose heightened risk to investors.

For years, investors, especially retail and retirement-age individuals, have struggled to identify patterns of misconduct and jurisdictional evasion before harm occurs. The Red Flag Database is designed to close that gap by documenting and publicizing risk indicators before they disappear from view.

🌍 What the Database Does

The Investor Red Flag Database aggregates and organizes:

  • Active advisories on specific entities, products, and jurisdictions
  • Pending reviews for companies and structures under investigation
  • Archived case studies on historic examples of systemic misconduct

Each entry links directly to a full InvestorJustice Advisory, which provides context, references, and evidence summaries.

🧭 Why It Matters

The Red Flag Database represents a new form of public due diligence.
Instead of investors operating in isolation, this tool centralizes verified warnings, regulatory gaps, and repeated market failures into a single, searchable record.

Transparency isn’t adversarial, it’s protective.
By documenting patterns of harm, InvestorJustice.org seeks to elevate public awareness, reduce asymmetry between investors and issuers, and support the oversight mission regulators too often neglect.

📢 Get Involved

If you’ve encountered misleading financial products, concealed jurisdictional structures, or questionable advertising practices, you can share your experience through the site’s Share Your Story page.

Submissions help identify new red flags and strengthen the accuracy of future advisories.
