  • We may publish submissions (stories or challenges) with identifying details removed, unless you consent to attribution.

  • Our hosting providers process data under strict confidentiality.
  • Emails sent to our ProtonMail addresses are end-to-end encrypted and cannot be accessed by ProtonMail. Only we, as the account holders, can decrypt and read the content.

4. Data Retention

  • Submitted stories and challenges may be retained indefinitely as part of the public record.
  • Personal identifiers are removed or anonymized before publication unless you explicitly agree to attribution.
  • Account data may be deleted upon request.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access & Correction: request a copy of your data or correct inaccurate data.
  • Deletion: request deletion of personal data we hold (subject to exceptions for legal/public interest records).
  • Restriction: request that we limit how we process your data.
